Unfortunately, many new real estate investors also fail…sometimes because of lack of cash, but also sometimes because they try to figure everything out on their own…and just don't have enough time in the day. Today Connor and I share the concept of Joint Ventures on deal – where you either focus on the buy side of the business, that is, finding deals and getting purchase contracts, or the sale side of the business, or focusing on building your cash buyer list. You then partner with another investor to help you handle the side of the business that you're not focused on.
